The bread
Ingredients:
🍞 2 cups flour,
🍞 2 teaspoons yeast,
🍞 1 tablespoon sugar,
🍞 1 egg (white part),
🍞 Half a cup liquid milk,
🍞 1 tablespoon butter or oil,
🍞 Salt and water.
Method: Soak 1 tablespoon of yeast in lukewarm water. Add sugar, half of beaten egg, butter or oil and flour soaked yeast. Finally butter with the right amount of salt. Mix a little water and make it like a loaf of bread. 15 to 20 minutes to mash very well. Pulling like chewing gum, when you see it getting longer, but not tearing, you will understand that Dow is well made. Now cover in a warm place.
After 1 hour, when you see that the dough is well swollen, take a large loaf of bread. Now roll the bread and fold it and cover it with the bread dice for 10 minutes. When slightly swollen, bake in a pre-heated oven at 100 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and keep the lid closed for another 10 minutes. Now take out the bread from the dice and serve.
