INGREDIENTS:

⇰ 500 grams of minced meat. 

⇰ 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste. 

⇰ 1 tablespoon turmeric powder. 

⇰ Half tea with hot spice paste. 

⇰ Spoon half a teaspoon of kebab spice. 

⇰ A little pepper powder. 

⇰ 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. 

⇰ Half a cup of sour yogurt. 

⇰ Bason 2 tablespoons. 

⇰ 2 eggs. 1 cup of bread crumbs. 

⇰ For oil frying. 

⇰ Like salt to taste. 

⇰ 5/6 sticks.


PREPARATION METHOD

In a bowl, mix the minced meat, salt, a little oil and all the bata and powder spices well and marinate for 1 hour. Beat the eggs with a little salt and pepper powder. Put a little minced meat on a stick, dip it in beaten egg, roll it in breadcrumbs, fry it in hot oil over medium heat, lightly brown the appetite and peat and serve hot with sauce or chutney.
