Rupchanda Fry


What you need: 

➨ 1 large Rupchanda, 

➨ 1 tablespoon onion paste, 

➨ 1-2 teaspoons garlic paste, 

➨ 1-2 teaspoons ginger paste, 

➨ 2 teaspoons chilli powder, 

➨ 1-2 teaspoons black pepper powder, 

➨ 1-3 teaspoons turmeric powder , 

➨ Lemon juice 1-2 teaspoons, 

➨ Oil 1-2 cups,

➨ Lemon rind 1-2 teaspoons,

➨ Salt to taste, 

➨ Coarse onion powder 1-2 cups, 

➨ Green pepper 8 tbsp.


How to do: 

Cut the Rupchanda fish diagonally on both sides with a knife. Make a paste by mixing 1 tablespoon of oil and other spices together. Spread this paste well on the fish and marinate for 1-2 hours. Heat oil in a nonstick pan. On a low flame, fry the fish back and forth until golden. In this pan fry the remaining oil with onion and chilli. Shake a pinch of salt and pour over the fish. Diameter, ready to serve Rupchanda Fry.
