Perry Perry Chicken Pizza
Ingredients:
➣ 2 cups flour,
➣ 1 cup water,
➣ 3 cups light warm water,
➣ 1 teaspoon sugar,
➣ A little more than 2 teaspoons yeast (dry),
➣ 1 teaspoon olive oil,
➣ 2 teaspoons semolina and 1 tablespoon salt .
Method: First mix sugar in hot water. Then mix yeast and wait for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes you can see the bubbles above. Then mix water and olive oil with the mixture.
In another bowl, mix the semolina, flour and salt and add the pre-made yeast mixture little by little. Now continue to ferment until the dough is ready. Once the dough is ready, grease it around a smooth bowl and cover it with paper. Make sure the dot is smooth. Wait until the dough swells to double and soften. It may take 1-2 hours. When the dough is ready, make it for bread and sand pizza.
Pizza sauce or nap sauce
Ingredients:
➣ 500 g of tomato inside the can,
➣ 1 teaspoon of tomato paste,
➣ 1 onion,
➣ 3-4 red chillies,
➣ 1 garlic,
➣ 1 teaspoon of paprika (you can use any other chili powder),
➣ 3 teaspoons of sugar,
➣ Olives Oil or vegetable oil 10 teaspoons,
➣ Vinegar 2 teaspoons,
➣ Oregano 2 teaspoons and basil leaves 10,
➣ According to the amount of salt.
Method: Chop onion and lightly fry. Then add garlic, paprika, tomato paste. Cook until tomatoes are without oil. Add canned tomatoes, vinegar and sugar. Then cover with 3 cups of water and cook on low heat for 1 hour. Mix red chillies, basil leaves and oregano and blend.
Pizza topping
Ingredients:
➣ Half red onion,
➣ 1 capsicum,
➣ 2 Thai chicken (pre-cooked),
➣ 10 g salad leaves,
➣ 2 cups mozzarella cheese and 2 teaspoons gout cheese.
Method: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Make bread according to the pizza dough recipe and add pizza sauce to it. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes with toppings and cheese as per your choice. Perry Perry Chicken Pizza.
