Chicken popcorn

Ingredients for marinade: 

2 cups chicken breast (small cube cut), 

➾ 1 teaspoon of adabata, 

➾ 1 teaspoon of garlic, 

➾ 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder, 

➾ Amount of salt, 

half a teaspoon of red chilli powder and butter milk (1 cup of milk) Put a tablespoon of vinegar / lemon juice for 5 minutes).


Ingredients: 

➾ 1 cup of flour, 

➾ 2 tablespoons of cornflower, 

➾ 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder, 

➾ 1 teaspoon of mixed herb, 

➾ Half a teaspoon of black pepper powder, 

➾ Oil (for deep frying).


Method: 

Mix all the marinade powder together with the chicken in a bowl. Leave it like this for 1 hour.


Now leave the marinated chicken with butter milk for 1 more hour. Mix all dry ingredients including flour in a scattering bowl. Mix the chicken pieces well in the dry flour and keep it. Heat a lot of oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, fry the roasted chicken over medium heat and serve hot with the sauce of your choice.
